Der Fluss Soča mit seinen Nebenflüssen ist der Hauptfluss des Einzugsgebiets der Adria. Die interessantesten und bekanntesten Fischarten des Adria-Einzugsgebiets sind die Isonzo-Forelle und die Adria-Äsche.
