All activities take place outdoors and therefore we are often dependent on local weather changes. All weather changes are sometimes very difficult to predict with complete accuracy in advance, so it is very important for me to understand the nature of the activity you are deciding on. Sometimes choosing a suitable river to carry out the activity can be very difficult, but I will do my best to make fly fishing exciting and happy for you.

In order for everything to go as it should, we must first follow five major rules:

AGREEMENT

By paying, you have reserved one of the packages from the Fly Fishing Godec offer – fly fishing school, guided fly fishing, fly fishing for companies, several day packages or vacations. By paying and reserving, you agree to the following business terms.

PAYMENT and RESERVATION

All reservations must be made through our website (flyfishingodec.com). All required information must be filled in.

After filling in the information, you will first receive an e-mail with all the necessary instructions for payment and for further steps. If you want to reserve your place in a fly fishing school or just guided fly fishing, you must first pay a deposit. This must be followed by full payment in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

The required deposits and terms are as follows:

Immediately after receiving payment confirmation, your place is reserved.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

As I have to pre-book the requested accommodation and services based on the number of participants, I am obliged to respect the terms and conditions of the companies offering these services. In the event of cancellation, I must respect and take into account the cancellation fees charged by these companies. Unfortunately, the same applies to canceled tours by our customers. Fly Fishing Godec Slovenia provides all services as described. However, since I have to rely on actual weather conditions due to unexpected situations or other activities, I (Fly Fishing Godec Slovenia) will try to find the best solutions. Sometimes also on the spot, if this is not possible before the start. All this is necessary to ensure the highest level of security for you. Please understand that the activities take place outdoors.

OBLIGATIONS OF FLY FISHING LINES

If I (Flyfishing Godec Slovenia) cancel the activity for safety reasons (weather forecast, unsuitable water levels or any kind of uneconomic conditions, etc.) or any unexpected conditions or reasonable cause, fly fishing will be postponed to a suitable day, time or location based on given options. The activity can also be modified in a way to meet the expected standards and costs, but at the same time offer a similar customer experience if possible. In case of major changes or cancellation of the trip booked by the customer, I (Fly Fishing Godec) will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the following options:

The customer can accept a new date.
The customer can cancel the booked fly fishing and will receive a full refund of the money already paid.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER

The customer has the right to cancel the booked activity or tour, but only in accordance with Article 3 of this agreement. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@flyfishingodec.com. Additionally, I greatly appreciate a customer calling me personally, however your refund request will be processed in accordance with the Fly Fishing Godec Refund Policy (see relevant clauses of these Terms of Business).

SUBSTITUTIONS

In case of cancellation by the Subscriber, the rules described in Article 3 (Payment and reservation) apply. Partial refunds are not possible for unused services, including hotel rooms, transportation or unused activity, if the reason for the unused services or the early end of the activity/tour is on the Client’s side (exceptions may apply in case of unexpected serious medical reasons, etc.) If necessary remove the customer from the trip for any reason, is not entitled to a refund.

If the customer cancels the activity due to an unexpected serious reason or a serious medical reason that the customer could not avoid, after reviewing the customer’s evidence and all relevant circumstances, I may decide to charge the customer only the administrative costs of EUR 30.00 related to the canceled reservation. If a customer is removed from the group or from any activity due to alcohol and/or drug use, no refund request will be accepted. In order to get the already paid amount of your travel reservation (in case of cancellation) refunded, it is highly recommended that you choose Trip Cancellation Insurance. Ask your local insurance company for more details.

INSURANCE

Our activities take place outdoors, where unexpected events can happen. I will do everything (Fly Fishing Godec) to ensure the safety of all customers is as high as possible, but we cannot avoid possible accidents of any kind. I (Fly Fishing Godec) recommend that all customers have valid and comprehensive travel insurance that includes all adrenaline sports activities. Neither Fly Fishing Godec nor Fly Fishing Godec’s partners can be held responsible for any liability, costs or losses incurred by customers as a result of inadequate insurance. The customer expressly agrees to accept and assume all risks in the activities on the selected activity. Participation in the activities is completely voluntary, and the client agrees to participate despite the risks.

PRICES AND SUBSTITUTIONS

All prices for activities/packages in the Offer found on the website www.flyfishingodec.com or other media owned or controlled by Fly Fishing Godec are shown per person, unless otherwise specified. Prices in the Offer may change without prior notice until the reservation is confirmed. As you can book activities in advance, I (Fly Fishing Godec) reserve the right to charge an additional fee when faced with similar changes requested by our partners. I (Fly Fishing Godec) will inform all customers about these changes in time.

PERSONAL PREPAREDNESS

The customer is responsible for choosing an activity that suits their ability, level of fitness and health. If the customer needs any help or advice in choosing the right activity or package, I (Fly Fishing Godec) will be happy to help you with advice. If in doubt, call or email us at info@flyfishingodec.com before confirming your reservation. It is very important for me to offer you the best and suitable activity where you will enjoy fly fishing to the maximum. It is the responsibility of each customer to inform me (Fly Fishing Godec) of any existing medical conditions (physical or mental) and any dietary restrictions or food allergies they may suffer from. When in doubt (Customer) in doubt, you should consult your doctor before confirming the activity or activity with Fly Fishing Godec. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to bring all necessary medications with them.

CHILDREN

Customers with small children who plan to participate in the activities I offer (Fly Fishing Godec) should call me for any additional information. All minors (all under the age of 18) can fly fly only in the presence of an adult who is either their parent or legal guardian. The legal guardian must have the written consent of the children’s parents.

ALCOHOL AND DRUGS

No drugs are allowed from the beginning to the end of our activities. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are not under the influence of any drugs, including alcohol, as they may be removed without refund. I reserve (Fly Fishing Godec) reserves the right to refuse a customer who has joined the activity if it is suspected that he is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

ADAPTABILITY

By booking any activity or activity, the Customer acknowledges that the nature of the activity or activity requires flexibility and should allow for minor changes. Changes may occur due to fishing or weather conditions. Due to the off-road and remote nature of the area, weather fluctuations can adversely affect road conditions, which may require route changes. I (Fly Fishing Godec) am not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Customer.

I am also not responsible (Fly Fishing Godec) for the performance of services that are not under our control.

PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

The customer who pays and participates in the activity expressly agrees that I can use (Fly Fishing Godec) photos and videos taken during the course of the activity. Public announcements are intended for advertising and promotion of the Flyfishingodec Slovenia brand. The customer also expressly agrees that such photos or video material may also appear on social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn or Snapchat and the like. The customer expressly agrees that he will not use the photos or recordings he takes for commercial purposes without my (Fly Fishing Godec) prior written consent.

GENERAL LIABILITY

I (Fly Fishing Godec) shall not be liable for any claims, personal expenses and other financial losses arising from illness, weather or the negligent acts of any member of the trip or from any cause beyond my (Fly Fishing Godec) control.

COMPLAINTS

In case of complaints or dissatisfaction with my (Fly Fishing Godec) services, the Customer is obliged to inform us immediately. And state the reason for your complaint or dissatisfaction. If possible, I will try to resolve the complaint immediately. If this is not possible, the Customer is obliged to inform me (Fly Fishing Godec) via the email address info@flyfishingodec.com. If I (Fly Fishing Godec) did not solve the irregularities during the activity, the complaint is justified, the Customer can request a partial refund of the price paid. For a partial refund of the price paid to me (Fly Fishing Godec), the Customer must submit a written complaint within 14 days after the end of the activity and request a refund.
